Farm-to-Table Dinner: Join Fine Art & Flowers Honorary Chair Ray Hardman of WNPR for an evening celebration of spring! Enjoy a four-course farm-to-table dinner prepared with fresh ingredients from local farms, distilleries, and vineyards including Rosedale Farms & Vineyards, Winding Drive Jams, Onyx Moonshine, City Steam Brewery Cafe, Hartford Baking Co., NoRA Cupcake Company and more. Throughout the evening listen to Connecticut Lyric Opera as they perform selections from their upcoming performance of Puccini’s Madama Butterfly. From cocktails to dinner, be inspired by resplendent works of art paired with imaginative floral interpretations.

Sample Italian inspired hors d’oeuvres and sip on a fresh selection of local beers and wine, and a specialty Onyx Moonshine cocktail.

1st Course (Antipasto)
A balsamic dressed tri-colore antipasto salad with endive, radicchio, and arugula served with olives, roasted red peppers, artichoke hearts, roasted eggplant, Italian cheese and a selection of artisan breads
2nd Course (Il Primo)
Potato Gnocchi served with a mushroom ragu and topped with a pancetta crisp
3rd Course (Il Secondo)
Braised beef Tuscan style over a polenta cake served with sautéed spinach and white beans
4th Course (Dolce)
Cannoli Cupcake, NoRA Cupcake Company
