Join us for free performances and activities for visitors of all ages as we participate in EnvisionFest on Saturday, September 29! Complete Sketch Crawl challenges, contribute to a community weaving project, create city-inspired accessories, turn a simple sidewalk into a work of art, tour the museum with a docent, enjoy performances from Waking ElliotWinterpills, Little Ugly and Khaiim the RapOet! The activity and performance schedule for the museum is listed below, and will take place rain or shine. 

10 am – 5 pm: Art Activity: Create a city-inspired design based on artist Tom McGrath’s painting Untitled (Yellow Grid).
10 am – 5 pm: Art Activity: Take a look at James Nares’ STREET and create your own street scenes in a sketch.
10 am – 5 pm: Art Activity: Collaborative mural project
10 am – 7pm: Art Activity: Sidewalk art with stencils, chalk and water

11 am: Docent-led Highlights Tour

12 pm – 5 pm: Sketch Crawl: Participate in the Main Street Sketch Crawl and complete a series of challenges inspired by art in the Wadsworth’s collection. Visit all sketch stations or just drop in to draw! Sketch materials will be provided.

12 pm: Docent-led Highlights Tour

1 pm: Khaiim Kelly, the RapOet (Hip-Hop, Spoken Word, Rap, and poetry)
1 pm: Docent-led Highlights Tour

2 pm: Docent-led Highlights Tour

3 pm: Little Ugly
3 pm: Docent-led Highlights Tour

4 pm: Docent-led Highlights Tour
