Alona Wilson, independent scholar and exhibition curator of Contemporary Memories: Selections from the Collection of the Amistad Center for Art & Culture, will discuss works by Charly Palmer, Romare Bearden, Richard Yarde, Hank Willis Thomas and other artists from the 20th century who helped to define an ideology through art.  Free with admission, meet at Information desk.
