Connecticut film lovers will have the opportunity to unite with cineastes all over the world by viewing and voting on the short works of international filmmakers during the 14th Annual Manhattan Short Film Festival. Audiences at each venue are asked to vote for the one film they think should win. Votes are sent to MANHATTAN SHORT headquarters in New York City where the winner is announced.
