Join us to celebrate African American art and culture and to commemorate June 19, 1865 when the enslaved in Galveston, Texas first learned of their freedom, two and a half years after the enactment of the Emancipation Proclamation. Enjoy art, music and more for all ages. Juneteenth Family Day is presented by the Amistad Center for Art & Culture.
