Gallery Talk: Rembrandt Peale’s Portrait of Raja Ram Mohun Roy: Erin Monroe, The Robert H. Schutz, Jr., Assistant Curator of American Paintings and Sculpture, discusses Rembrandt Peale’s rare portrait of Raja Ram Mohun Roy—an important 19th-century Indian intellectual—on loan from the Peabody Essex Museum until March 2015.

Second Saturdays: Quest Stories: Escape into the Greek myth of Jason and his quest for the Golden Fleece as shown on the Jason Tapestries. Hartford professional storyteller Tom Lee brings the story to life! Free admission during program.

Second Saturdays for Families: Explore art with your family, encourage creativity, and expand your imagination through conversation and discovery. Each program is free and includes hands-on art projects, tours for families, live music, and engaging fun through film, theater and dance. Join us the second Saturday of every month year-round!
