Onstage with David Lang & Susan Talbott
Jan 30 @ 6:30 pm – 9:00 pm

Onstage with David Lang & Susan Talbott: Pulitzer Prize-winning music composer and Yale University Professor David Lang speaks with our Director and CEO Susan Talbott about his music and involvement in filmmaker Paolo Sorrentino’s films, followed by a screening of The Great Beauty (La Grande Bellezza) – 2014 Golden Globe winner for best foreign film. Sorrentino describes the blend of music in the film, which includes Lang’s work, as “best suited to the film because it’s an inevitable mix of the sacred and profane that is Rome.”
