GO: Organic Orchestra
We are partnering with Real Art Ways and the Hartford Jazz Society to present the GO: Organic Orchestra in Hartford. This group of 35 renowned instrumentalists will join composer and conductor Adam Rudolf for an unprecedented experience celebrating improvised music and the convergence of contemporary classical, jazz, and global traditions. It’s like no orchestral performance you’ve ever experienced.
“The music, performed by a large ensemble of wind and percussion players, rose like vines from hand drummer Adam Rudolph’s written instructions and hand signals. And it truly is organic – a blend of gentle sustained dissonance, heaven-crashing rhythm jams, and individual improvisations.” — Greg Burk, LA Weekly
