The Museum Café

The Museum Café is open for lunch Wednesday through Sunday. Menu items include freshly prepared sandwiches, salads and pastries. The café is operated by Healthy Source Catering, owned by veteran chef and Knox Foundation award winner, Marty Pushkarewicz. To contact the cafe, please call (860) 838-4023.

Turkey Club – Oven roasted turkey, bacon, lettuce, tomato, cranberry mayo, and cheese on a Portuguese roll $9.00

Baked Chicken Parmesan – Served with basil marinara, oven dried tomatoes, provolone cheese on a crusted Portuguese roll $9.00

Monte Cristo – Sautéed ham, turkey and cheese served with a pineapple neon slaw $10.00

Grilled Vegetable Wrap – Vegetable medley, roasted peppers, provolone cheese and a basil mayo $8.00
