  • Sunday Serenades: Sculpture and the Symphony: From Prometheus to Piazzolla

    Paul Manship, "Fire" (from The Four Elements), Sunday Serenades, a concert series in partnership with the Hartford Symphony Orchestra, goes virtual! A thrilling program of chamber music curated by HSO Concertmaster Leonid Sigal is performed from the Wadsworth in the exhibition Paul Manship: Ancient Made Modern. Music includes selections by Samuel Barber, Astor Piazzolla, Richard Strauss, and Ludwig van Beethoven. This concert will be available for viewing from April 12–June 10, 2021. $15; $10 members.

  • May Flowers | Patricia Manfredi, Evergreen Country Gardeners of Glastonbury

    While our annual Fine Art & Flowers will not take place this year, a selection of floral displays bloom in the galleries during the first four weekends in May. Museum entry is limited at this time to guided groups only and visitors must remain with the group for the duration of the tour.
