Art Talk: With Hammer and Tongs: The Hammerslough Collection

The Philip Hammerslough Collection of American silver has been a treasure of the Atheneum since its arrival. Guest curator Jeannine Falino will introduce the collection and some exciting recent discoveries, as well as the plans for the collection’s dazzling installation.

Jeannine Falino is an independent curator and museum consultant. Falino is co-curator of the current Museum of the City of New York exhibition Gilded New York: Design, Fashion & Society, and her new exhibition L’Affichomania: The Passion for French Posters recently opened at the Driehaus Museum in Chicago.
