Five “unconventional” and hard luck Italians looking for their big break are sent to shoot a film in Armenia. When they arrive, a war breaks out and their crooked producer vanishes along with the money. While stranded in the hotel—secluded in the woods and buried under snow—each character finds unexpected opportunities for happiness and fulfillment.
