In the film, three renowned chocolatiers—Maribel Lieberman, Susumu Koyama, and Mikkel Friis-Holm—take us through craft chocolate-making from cacao harvest to sweet treat. On their journey, each finds the importance of knowing the roots of their primary ingredient, the cacao bean, and how they can impact the lives of the people involved in the chocolate production chain.
