All proceeds from this fundraiser benefit the Wadsworth Atheneum.

The record-breaking $450 million sale price of the Salvator Mundi astonished the art world in 2017. The once-lost painting’s rediscovery is told by art historian and art dealer Robert Simon, who helped establish the its authenticity and shepherd it from obscurity to world-wide celebrity.
