Join Rebecca Taber-Conover of Connecticut’s Old State House for a 90-minute walking tour of Hartford’s rich colonial and revolutionary history.
Beginning in the exhibition John Trumbull: Visualizing American Independence at the Wadsworth Atheneum, the group will visit the Connecticut Old State House—site of the Amistad trials—before a trip to important monuments in Bushnell Park. After the tour, return with us to the Wadsworth Atheneum for a closer look at the exhibition.
