NEW YORK BOTANICAL GARDENS
THE ORCHID SHOW
Wednesday, April 20, 2022
Organized by the Friends of the Wadsworth Atheneum
Take a day trip with the Wadsworth to experience the magic of spring at the NY Botanical Gardens during The Orchid Show: Jeff Leatham’s Kaleidoscope.
The dazzling floral creations of Jeff Leatham, famed artistic director of the Four Seasons Hotel George V in Paris and floral designer to the stars, returns for The Orchid Show’s 19th year. Leatham’s bold and colorful vision unfolds through captivating installations and designs, creating a color experience and visual effect like the turn of a kaleidoscope in the historic Enid A. Haupt Conservatory. This horticultural spectacle features thousands of dramatically displayed orchids in every shape and size.
Your Garden & Gallery pass gives you access to the Enid A. Haupt Conservatory and the NYBG’s 250 acre campus. Explore at your leisure with the help of NYBG’s Tram Tour.
Lunch on your own at either of the NYBG’s two dining venues, The Pine Tree Cafe or at the farm-to-table Hudson Garden Grill restaurant (reservations are recommended).
