We’re so thankful that our members show us love year–round. In anticipation of Valentine’s Day, join us for a screening of the documentary Chocolate Road (2021, 93 min) and stop by the Museum Shop for an extra discount during Member Shopping Days (February 9–12). In the film, three renowned chocolatiers—Maribel Lieberman, Susumu Koyama, and Mikkel Friis-Holm—take us through craft chocolate-making from cacao harvest to sweet treat. On their journey, each finds the importance of knowing the roots of their primary ingredient, the cacao bean, and how they can impact the lives of the people involved in the chocolate production chain.
